Mr. L makes it go. He wrote the backend of AYP, which ties into the IRC logging database, which he also wrote. He has Code Fu. The strip format and aspect ratio are his design.

Mr. S makes it pretty. He made the site UI, composited the background images, and harassed the Channel for avatars. He spent a good deal of time working with Mr. L to get the right formula for the avatars, so they wouldn't look like ass, and even more time making the avatars. Oddly, the artwork avatars were more of a pain in the ass than the pictures.

Are shrouded in mystery. If they aren't, they should be. You all know who you are. In fact, a good chunk of you are either ignoring the existance of AYP or have given us express permission to never so much as download an image of your likeness, let alone do anything with it. Such is the nature of The Love.
